Sound Healing

Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being.

Although there are many methods, a few common sound healing techniques include the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, vibrational sounds and music.

Sound and music can be effective healers for a range of mental, emotional, and even physical ailments. It has been a valuable treatment for several conditions such as; depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.

Sonically lowering your brainwave state and entering frequencies typically reserved for deep sleep will trigger your relaxation response.

A sound healing treatment is typically 60 minutes, and created for each individual- depending on their needs.

Space Clearing

Space clearing is a simple method for harmonizing energy in a home or business. I am able to remove stagnant or negative energy from a space or object using a variety of tools like sage, rattles, drums, bells, essential oils, mystic mudras and blessings to bring back balance and purity.
I would recommend a regular space clearing to any business to increase positivity, motivation and productivity and decrease sick days.
I, personally would recommend it in a home if there has been a severe or chronic illness, divorce, crime, or death.

Pricing will depend on the location and size of space.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve circulation and break up scar tissue/adhesions under the skin.  It can speed up healing by increasing circulation and on the face it promotes lifting and firming of the skin for a younger appearance.

I use Gua Sha tools as part of body and face massage.

Usui/Holy Fire Reiki

Reiki, a holistic healing practice, has a history rooted in Japan in the early 20th century, with its modern form developed by Mikao Usui.

This energy-based therapy aims to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being by channeling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient.

During a Reiki treatment, one can expect a tranquil environment, usually lying fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner gently places their hands on or near the recipient’s body, working through a series of hand positions to stimulate energy flow.

This experience is often characterized by a profound sense of calm and warmth, with recipients reporting sensations of tingling or deep relaxation. Many believe that regular Reiki sessions can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance emotional and spiritual clarity, making it a popular choice for those seeking a holistic approach to healing and self-care.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a very gentle massage that speeds up your lymphatic system by 20 times. Our lymphatic system is responsible for transporting lymph (a fluid containing infection fighting white blood cells) throughout the body and for removing toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. By manually draining the lymph one can significantly speed up healing from illness, injury and surgery.

MLD removes excess water and metabolic waste from the tissues in the body, which helps with the condition of tired legs, varicose veins, scars, fluid retention and swelling, poor circulation and localized fat. It strengthens the immune system, helps with sinus issues and boosts energy.

Cupping/Cupping Massage

Cupping has been used for thousands of years. The suction created by the cup pulls blood into the the skin. It improves the circulation of blood, bringing toxic blood up and new blood in. Cupping helps issues such as generalized pain, injuries of the the back/shoulders/neck, herniated discs, disc degeneration, arthritis. It also improves migraines, asthma, colds, flus, and insomnia.

I use stationary cupping on acupressure points for specific illnesses or knots, and also using sliding cups during a massage. Most acute injuries recover with 1-3 treatments and most chronic conditions heal with in 10 treatments. The stationary cups will leave circular marks- bruising that go away after 3-10 days.

Chakra Healing

A form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the 7 chakras.

An excellent way to balance your chakras for overall health and well being. Provides a faster ability to heal your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional issues. Increases openness, memory, concentration and awareness.

The process for a Chakra healing is the same as a Usui Reiki.

Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage

A Hot Stone Massage is a next-level indulgence.  It is considered a deep tissue massage because the heat from the basalt stones go very deep and added pressure is not necessary.  The hot stones are placed on and around the body and I use stones to massage the client as well.  It is very relaxing, helps with insomnia, chronic pain,  cancer management, removing toxins and so much more. The basalt stones are volcanic rock with healing properties, they are grounding and help with strength, courage and stability.

Therapeutic Acupressure and Meridian Massage

A traditional Chinese medical theory that describes special acupoints that lie along meridians (channels) in your body. They start at your fingertips, connect to your brain and then connect to an organ associated with a certain meridian. Specific acupressure points are massaged with different techniques to stimulate the release of tension and pain.

I use acupressure and Meridian Massage on its own for a specific ailment or as an addition to regular massage/hot stone massage.
